Welcome to Federal PH ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and social media platform (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform is strictly for individuals 18 years or older. By using the Platform, you confirm you are at least 18.

2. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account.
• We encourage the use of pseudonyms for privacy. Do not share your password with others.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Post unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, or hateful content.
• Harass, stalk, or harm other users.
• Use the Platform to distribute spam or malware.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

We are a small team and cannot actively monitor all content, but we reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Federal PH a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and share your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.

Federal PH is not responsible for user-generated content. Use caution when relying on or interacting with content from other users.

5. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Federal PH disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Federal PH and its team shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Wallet Feature

The Platform offers an optional wallet feature (“Wallet”) that allows eligible users to acquire and use a local digital currency (“Credits”) solely within Federal PH. Credits are designed for use on the Platform only and have no monetary value outside the Platform. Credits cannot be redeemed for Philippine peso or any other currency, and they are not deposits, electronic money, securities, or investments.

Only verified users who are at least 18 years of age and who provide valid identification if requested may use the Wallet. We may require additional verification, and we reserve the right to deny or suspend Wallet access at our discretion.

We reserve the right to set, modify, or remove limits on deposits, transactions, or overall Wallet balances at any time. We may also impose fees or adjust pricing for Credits in accordance with our policies.

Credits are non-transferable except as permitted within the Platform and cannot be sold, exchanged, or converted for cash or any other form of value. Federal PH may revoke or expire Credits in cases of fraud, abuse, or inactivity, or as otherwise required by law.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account and Wallet access credentials. Federal PH is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Wallet if you fail to maintain the security of your account.

By using the Wallet, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing regulations, and to cooperate with any identity verification or compliance requests we may make.
